• PAC World Championship E-Show Entry Form

  • Select the classes you'd like to enter, note the classes for which you'd like a constructive critique by an APHA judge, and upload the link to your video for the respective classes. Please fill out separate entry forms for each horse. Follow the prompts below to pay and submit the entry to APHA.

  • PAC enrollment is required for this E-Show. If you select "NO", your confirmation email will include a link to the PAC Enrollment Form. It must be submitted before the deadline of the show for you to be eligible.

  • Classes are $40 each. You can choose to have the judge give private, constructive critiques on any of your runs for an additional $25/video run. Scoresheets will be published online for all classes, critiques will provide additional detailed, personal feedback from the judge on your run.

  • A 2.5% non-refundable transaction fee is assessed on all payments received by APHA as of June 1, 2025. APHA reserves the right to waive this fee if payment is submitted by check, money order or ACH.
