Welcome to the 2027 European Show Seminar

Every January, Europe's Western horse community comes together to learn, connect, and prepare for the season ahead. In 2027, we're bringing that tradition to the sun-drenched coast of Spain — and this year, the message is clear: we are Stronger Together.

Join us January 22–24 at the Sunway Playa Golf & Spa Hotel in Sitges, where judges, exhibitors, trainers, youth, and affiliate leaders from across Europe will gather under one roof — five associations, one community, one shared commitment to growing the sport we love. Expect expert-led sessions, leadership workshops, and hands-on learning that you'll carry into the show pen all season long.

Your daily registration fee covers access to all sessions and lunch. Tickets to Saturday evening's Gala are available for an additional cost.

Payment & Registration Policy

Payment is processed securely by credit card or ACH bank transfer upon submission. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and receipt shortly after completing your registration.

Early Registration Rate — Available through December 21, 2026 Register by December 21 to lock in the best available rate. Early registration is strongly encouraged as space is limited.

Standard Registration Rate — December 22, 2026 through January 7, 2027 Registration fees increase by 25% beginning December 22, 2026. The final registration deadline is January 7, 2027. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before December 21, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after December 22, 2026. To cancel your registration, please contact APHA International.
