The Second/Late Entry Deadline is September 1 for horses showing in the Gold and Platinum Classes at the 2026 APHA/WCHA Halter Million.

Mare nominations will incur late fees if you have not nominated the dam previously. To access Mare Nomination forms please visit www.APHA.com/breedersfuturity.

Payments are made only in the YEAR SHOWN. Do not return this form or submit payments if you do not plan to show in the 2026 Breeders' Futurity Halter Classes held at the 2026 APHA/WCHA Halter Million. Please note that the foal must be nominated to the Breeders' Trust and the dam must be nominated to the division(s) of the Breeders' Futurity you wish to show. For full rules please click here.
