APHA Leadership Gathering Registration

The Leadership Gathering is an annual conference for APHA and AjPHA leaders to connect and impact the association’s future. At this gathering, meetings take place for advisory committees, State Directors, the Board of Directors and members. Educational and social activities also complete the event schedule, giving you an opportunity to interact with Paint enthusiasts from around the world. All APHA members are invited and encouraged to attend. This event takes place annually in late February in Fort Worth, Texas.

The pre-registration deadline for the Leadership Gathering & Membership Meeting is January 5, 2027. Late fees will apply after January 5, 2027.

• Pre-Registration (before/on Jan. 5): $80
• Late Registration (after Jan. 5): $125

Please keep in mind each attendee must pay the registration fee for any meetings held at Hotel Drover, even if they are not attending all events held at Hotel Drover. If not all attendees are accounted for in the Leadership Gathering fee category below, their registration fee will be collected in person upon check-in.

A 2.5% non-refundable transaction fee is assessed on all payments received by APHA as of June 1, 2025. APHA reserves the right to waive this fee if payment is submitted by check, money order or ACH.
