- RV assignments will be prioritized in the following order: 1) Halter Million sponsorship level and date paid; 2) First reserved and paid basis.
- RV reservations and payment must be submitted online, postmarked or received in the APHA office by August 28, in order to avoid late fees.
- Sponsorship forms and payment must be received by August 28 in order to receive stall and RV priority benefits included in the sponsorship packages.
- Note: Priority is based on date sponsorship payment is received, so the sooner it is received by the APHA, the better opportunity for receiving preferred placement.
- The Gold sponsorship level provides one complimentary premium RV space in North Red Lot (closest to the John Justin Arena).
- The sponsorship does not allow an individual to choose the exact RV space location, just guarantees a space in North Red Lot if available.
- Priority for a space in North Red Lot is based on date sponsorship payment is received and availability and cannot be guaranteed. If space is no longer available in North Red Lot, a space in a secondary location will be provided.
- Priority RV placement will be given to Halter Million sponsors, prioritized by the sponsorship level and then date sponsorship payment is received by the APHA. Once the sponsors’ spaces are assigned, then the remainder of RV reservations will be assigned based on a first-come, first-paid basis. A lottery system will be used to prioritize all remaining reservations received on the same date, requesting the same lot.
Specific space location within a lot is not guaranteed.
- RV reservations will not be considered complete until payment has been received and will be subject to the appropriate fees based on the date payment is received.
- Premium full-service RV lot - North Red Lot - 104 spaces with full hook-ups. These premium spaces include electricity, water, sewer hook-ups, and the most convenient location near John Justin Arena.
- Full-service RV lot - Yellow Lot - 78 spaces with full hook-ups. These spaces include electricity, water, sewer hook-ups. Located south end of Trail Dr.
- West Red Lot not available at this event.
- Horses and RVs can begin moving in Friday, September 25
- Reservations outside of September 25 - October 3 are available through Will Rogers Memorial Center. (WRMC)
- All spaces must be vacated by noon on date of departure. Any changes to arrival and departure dates must be communicated to the RV Office.
- All RV lots are for camping ony. No unoccupied trailers allowed.
- Spaces are assigned according to dates requested and the size of the RV.
- Generator Parking - Limited parking available for RVs with generators available upon arrival. Pay at the gate.
- RVs must match description provided on reservation, including license tags.
- Refunds received by Septmeber 10, 2026 are subject to a $10 office processing fee. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED AFTER September 10, 2026.
