Secure your RV space for the Eastern National Championship by completing this form accurately and completely. RV reservations will not be considered complete until payment is received and will be subject to the appropriate fees. Spaces are available at a flat rate for the entirety of the show—nightly rates are not available.
RV Space Options:
- Full-Service Spaces (available to Exhibitor Sponsors only): Electricity, water, and sewer hook-ups
- Partial-Service Spaces (available on grounds and across the street): Electricity and water only
Move-In Information:
- Horses and RVs can begin moving in on Wednesday, August 19 at 9am.
- Early arrival on Tuesday, August 18 (starting at 3pm) is available for an additional $65 per RV.
- All RV lots are for camping only—unoccupied trailers are not allowed.
Alternative RV Camping:
- Cowan Lake State Park (approximately 2 miles from WEC) offers nightly rates and various RV space options.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- A $25 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made before August 12, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued after August 12.
RV Assignment Process:
RV assignments are prioritized in the following order:
- Sponsor spaces will be assigned to the limited full service spaces by date the sponsorship is received (Gold, Silver, Bronze level).
- Partial-Service spaces will be selected upon arrival. Partial space numbers available for selection will be posted prior to move in.
