• 2026 Western National Championship Stall Reservation

  • Secure your stalls for the Western National Championship by completing this form accurately and completely. No stalls will be split, but customers will have the opportunity to pay separately for their reserved stalls. Stall reservations will not be processed without payment.

    Stall Assignment Process:

    • 📌 Stall assignments will be prioritized in the following order:
      • Show sponsorship level (Gold, Silver, Bronze levels only. Class sponsorships do not receive stalling priority) and date paid (Sponsorship forms and payment must be received by October 5, 2026 to receive priority benefits).
      • Date received with complete payment
    • Specific stall locations are not guaranteed.
    • If you wish to be stalled with someone, reservations must be submitted together. There is a payment form available to allow multiple payers within a group.

    For Stalling Agents:

    • You may allow your customers to pay for their stalls separately.
    • $285/stall: Horse or tack by 10/5/2026 (each stall includes two mats and four bags of shavings).
    • All stalls must be paid in full by October 5, 2026 to avoid late fees.
    • $335/stall: Horse or tack after 10/5/2026 (each stall includes two mats and four bags of shavings).
    • After completing this reservation form, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link that can be shared with your stalling group.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    • A $25 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made before October 12, 2026.
    • No refunds will be issued after October 12, 2026.

    Stall Arrive and Departure Information:

    • Horses can arrive after 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. 
    • ALL HORSES MUST HAVE A STALL
    • A late departure fee of $50/stall PER HOUR (tack or horse) if not off properrty by 10:00 a.m. on Monday 10/26/2026.

    Horses may move on grounds as early as 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Horses must be off property by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026. Any horses or stalls used after 10:00 a.m. will be charged $50/stall PER HOUR.

  • The credit card information below will be used to hold the reservation for stalling agents for large groups. If all stalls haven't been paid by October 5, the remaining balance will be applied to the card provided below. It is very important that all stalls be paid for by October 5 to be considered for placement. If "Myself" is selected, the payment will be processed upon submission. If "Myself" is selected, the amount will be charged in full to the payment method below upon submission. No refunds will be given if "Myself" is selected and ask that customers pay.

  • A 2.5% non-refundable transaction fee is assessed on all payments received by APHA as of June 1, 2025. APHA reserves the right to waive this fee if payment is submitted by check, money order or ACH.
