Outside media are invited and encouraged to cover the APHA World Championship Show and/or the APHA/WCHA Halter Million. Media credential applicants must complete the online application, supply all required information/materials. Private content creators working outside of traditional editorial media coverage for an established media outlet must provide their business tax ID number, proof of insurance listing APHA and the facility (coverage of at least $1,000,000 required) and pay a media credential application fee. No fee is required for traditional media on editorial assignment.
Submission of the Media Credential Application form constitutes your agreement to follow all outlined media rules and expectations for the duration of the show. Credentials are subject to review and revocation at any time. You'll be contacted after review of the form regarding your acceptance.
Upon arrival at the show, approved media must check in with the APHA Media Office (Will Rogers Memorial Center, Brown-Lupton Room C) to receive their credentials, which must be worn at all times.
Media credentials are issued on a per-show basis and do not carry over to other events.
