All fees are included (trail, APHA Show Processing) for each class offered. LATE FEES WILL BE CALCULATED AFTER ENTRY.
APHA corporate partner Mars Equestrian is proud to sponsor our Youth Leadline, Youth Walk-Trot, and Novice Youth exhibitors. Leadline exhibitors’ entry into their class will be sponsored. Two class entries will be sponsored for Youth Walk-Trot and Novice Youth exhibitors (in total) at the APHA Eastern National Championships by Mars Equestrian. Additional class fees and other fees (office, trail, stall fees etc.) will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. APHA will credit the two sponsored class fees back to the exhibitor’s show bill. If that credit is not used by the end of the show, it will be credited back to the exhibitor’s original payment method used when submitting their entries.
The sponsorship covers the APHA class entry only. The office fee, NSBA entry fee, entry fees into other divisions, and other fees like stalls are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
The NSBA fee is optional and for year-end points. No awards or trophies will be awarded.
IRHA classes require an IRHA membership for exhibitors and owners. Verification will be done by show staff prior to the show and will be able to be completed in the show office at check in.
For pre-entry deadline rates, all entries, stalls, and RVs must be postmarked or received electronically by midnight August 5. All fees will be subject to a late fee if postmarked or received electronically after August 5. Payment is required at the time of entry/stall reservation/RV reservation to be considered received and processed. Entries received after 5:00pm the day before the class up until the class prior entering the pen will be allowed with a late fee accessed. During this time period, entries must be done at the show office; entries WILL NOT be accepted at the gate. Once the class prior enters the arena, no late entries will be accepted. These late entries will go first in the working order.
A 2.5% non-refundable transaction fee is assessed on all payments received by APHA as of June 1, 2025. APHA reserves the right to waive this fee if payment is submitted by check, money order or ACH (US Bank Accounts Only).
