  • 2026 World Show Entry Form

    A 2.5% non-refundable transaction fee is assessed on all payments received by APHA as of June 1, 2025. APHA reserves the right to waive this fee if payment is submitted by check, money order or ACH (US Bank Accounts Only).
  • Complete one entry form per horse showing at the World Show. Any adds or scratches will be made on a different form. If a new entry form is submitted for a horse that is already entered, the charges will not be correct.


    For horses entering only all-breed classes, put all registration and membership numbers as "1111111" for horses, owners, and exhibitors. This includes all International Ranch Horse Association (IRHA), National Reining Horse Association (NRHA), and Super Sires classes.

    If you need to save and resume at a later time, simply choose "SAVE" at the bottom of the page. You will be given a link to resume where you left off.

  • Please fill out all information completely and accurately. No stalls will be split.

    • Stalling Agents: Use one name for all stalls to be grouped together. A proofing list will be provided prior to stall placement to confirm the counts for each group.

  • Stall Assignment Process

    • Stall assignments will be prioritized in the following order:
      • World Show sponsorship level and date paid,
      • First paid, first served basis.
    • Stall additions after the deadline will not be guaranteed location regardless of sponsorship level.

    Stall Cancellations

    • Stalls cancelled by June 1 will be refunded minus a 20% per stall office fee.
    • No stalls will be refunded after June 1.
  • Note: Swine Barn - Please note the adjacent Sheep Barn exercise arena and Arena 1 will not be available for use in 2026.

    • Day Stalls 
    • For those horses staying less than 4 days. Complete the information below for Additional Stalls needed as well. For Additional Stalls, please list if they are tack, double, or non-showing for a non-showing horse. Day stalls are $90/day/stall.

      Day stalls will be assigned upon arrival to Will Rogers Memorial Center.

    • You need {number245} Day Stalls and {numberOf} Additional Stalls for {totalNumber} Days.

    • Show Stalls 
    • For those horses staying 4 or more days at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. Complete the information below for Additional Stalls needed as well. For Additional Stalls, please list if they are tack, double, or non-showing for a non-showing horse. Each stall is $330.

    • You need {number261} Show Stalls and {numberOf344} Additional/Tack Stalls for {totalNumber} days.

    • Shavings 
    • There must be a minimum of 50 bags of the specific type of shavings ordered for the order to be delivered in advance of the arrival. If there are less than 50 bags, the money paid will be refunded to the method of payment. The shavings will then need to be ordered upon arrival to Will Rogers Memorial Center from the Shavings Office located in Cattle Barn 4.

  • Payment Information

  • The Administrative Fee is a one-time $85 fee that will only be applied once per horse, regardless of the number of times an entry is completed.

     

    I understand that all entries are due by midnight on May 15 and any additional entries received after this date will be assessed late fees.

     

    Presentation of a signed entry form shall be deemed acceptance of all the rules pertaining to this show. In the event of failure to sign an entry form, then first entry of horse or an exhibitor into the show ring shall be deemed to be acceptance of Premium Book and current APHA Rule Book, NSBA, NRHA and NRCHA rules. I certify that all information submitted is correct, that I have read the rules for the APHA World Championship Show and that all horses and exhibitors are eligible for all classes and divisions entered. Horses are entered at your own risk and are subject to APHA rules, under which this show will be conducted. In case of death, accident, injury or theft to the exhibitor, family, horses or property, no claims will be honored against the APHA and/or all those associated.
